TAMRO ("we", "our", "the app") provides an online food ordering and delivery service in Tikapur, Kailali, Nepal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the TAMRO app or website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information We Collect

• Contact details — your name and phone number, so we can confirm and deliver your order.
• Delivery location — your delivery address and, if you choose to share it, your live GPS location, so our delivery rider can find you.
• Order details — the items you order and your order history.
• Push notification data — if you enable notifications, we store a notification subscription (provided by your browser/device) so we can send you order status updates or occasional promotions. This does not include any personal message content.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are made directly by cash on delivery or by scanning a QR code at the time of delivery — TAMRO does not process or retain card or banking information.

TAMRO does not require you to create an account or log in to place an order.

How We Use Your Information

• To process, prepare, and deliver your order
• To contact you about your order if needed
• To send order-status and delivery notifications, if you've enabled them
• To occasionally send promotional offers, if you've enabled notifications
• To improve our service and menu offerings

How We Store Your Information

Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database and backend service provider. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Sharing Your Information

We share your name, phone number, and delivery location with our delivery riders only as needed to complete your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your Choices

• You can decline to share your live location and enter your address manually instead.
• You can turn off notifications at any time through your device or browser settings.
• You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request it be deleted.

Children's Privacy

TAMRO is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
